JDF Soccer's Refund Policy is based on the calendar date the refund request form is submitted to the Treasurer as follows:

Fall/Winter Program:
  • Before Sept 1st - Full refunds will be provided for requests received by this date
  • Sept 1st to Oct 31st - Refunds will be prorated based on the time played
  • After Oct 31st - No refunds will be provided after this date unless a medical note is received
  • No refunds will be processed until AFTER Oct 15th
* Players must apply for a refund within 30 days of last participation in club or league activity
** All refunds are subject to a $25 Admin fee, plus any fees paid to governing bodies
*** The U4-U6 Timbits program is not subject to the $25 Admin fee
